Booking Deposit
A deposit of 50% of the total rental for your stay is required to secure your booking. The balance of your rental is due at least 45 days before your first night. Late payment may result in forfeiture of your booking. If you're making an immediate booking, please contact us.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of 250 is required for each stay.
Cleaning Fee
There is a cleaning fee of 20 per person, per stay. Maid service is available for an additional charge.

Refund Policy
- Cancellations within 30 days: No refund.
- Cancellations within 45 days: 50% refund.
- Cancellations within 30 days: Full refund, less a 150 administration fee.
